Life is Good...
~ with a Lab!
HOME SWEET HOME
If you're looking for an English labrador.....
...then look no further, because....
...you've found it!
I love a well-bred English labrador retriever. A good dog brings me far more joy than diamonds, flashy cars, the latest fashion-or whatever else this world defines as
'the good life'.
Let me go hiking next to a creek, throwing in stick after stick for my lab to retrieve. Let me sit next to my fireplace with my soundly sleeping (sometimes snoring) lab curled up at my feet. Let me pull into my driveway after a hard day, and be guaranteed that I will have a dog excitedly waiting for me.
To me, that’s the good life!
Our Lab's AKC pedigree's include Belquest, Rambo Run, Casbar, Caer Bren, Cambremer, Rocheby, Hyspire, Endless Mountain, Moonlit, Dickendalls, Windfall, Borador and more. We proudly partner with the OFA (Orthopedic Foundation for Animals), CERF (Canine Eye Registry Foundation), and the AKC. We breed on a very small scale, so each of our adult Labs and every puppy that is whelped on our premises are recipients of much love, attention, and playtime.

My love affair with Labrador Retrievers began with my husband's black Lab, Caesar, whom he adopted while an officer in the Marine Corp. from a fellow Marine who was re-stationed and needed a home for his Lab. Caesar was faithful, loyal , and amazingly intelligent. He was a selfless and loyal Lab, and we miss him.
We breed on a small scale, as we are not a kennel.
We invite you to come and visit and meet our Labs. We live on the scenic Octorara Creek, in the beautiful countryside of Southern Lancaster County, with our three kids. Life is good, and we are blessed.

You're only a dog, old fellow;
a dog, and you've had your day;
But never a friend of all my friends
has been truer than you alway.

I specialize in breeding yellow and black English labradors that would make superior family, hunting or show dogs. I breed for beautiful conformation, and for intelligent and friendly temperments. I breed for optimum health, and I am quite confident in the genetic soundness of my lines. But most of all, I breed because having a Lab has added so much joy to my life, and I want to share that joy with other people.
